1/3 oz. Tequila
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/3 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Cinnamon Schnnaps
6 oz Orange juice.

Absolut Tequila

1 part tequila 1 part Absolut vodka 4 parts orange juice 1 lemon slice (after shaking) Shake well. Serve with a lemon slice and plenty of crushed ice.

Acapulco

1-½ oz. Tequila
2 oz. Pineapple juice
Fill with Sprite or 7-up

Serve in an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.

Acapulco Clam Digger

1-½ oz. Tequila
3 oz. Tomato juice
3 oz. Clam juice
½ tsp. Horseradish
several dashes Tabasco sauce
several dashes Worcestershire sauce
dash of Lemon juice

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a double old-fashioned glass with cracked ice. Garnish with lemon juice.
Clamato juice may be used in place of clam and tomato juice.

Adam Bomb

1 part Tequila
1 part Rum
1 part Vodka
1/2 part Triple Sec
Fruit
1/2 Glass ice
Salt or sugar
1-2 Part Fruit juice

Add ice to blender, introduce ingredients, blend until smooth, rim glass with sugar or salt, pour in glass and garnish with lemon or lime slice.

Adios Motherfu***

3 cl Kahlua 3 cl Tequila Layer the liqueurs in the order mentioned in a shot glass.

Alamo Splash

1 1/2 oz. Tequila
1 oz orange juice
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 splash lemon-lime softdrink

Mix with cracked ice and strain into Collins glass.

Alice in Wonderland

1/2 oz. Tequila 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier 1/2 oz. Tia Maria Serve as a shooter, in an old fashioned glass. Amor 1 oz. Tequila 1/2 oz. Orange Curaço Serve in an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.

Amaretto Stone Sour # 3

2 oz. Tequila
2 oz sour Mix
2 oz Amaretto
Add a splash of orange juice

Shake with ice first three ingredients. Strain into highball glass. Add a splash of orange juice. Garnish with orange slice and a cherry

Ambassador

2 oz. Tequila
4 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Sugar syrup

Pour the tequila into glass, add ice and orange juice. Add 1 oz. of sugar syrup to sweeten.

Amor

1-½ oz. Tequila
½ oz. Orange Curaçao

Serve in an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.

Apollo

1-½ oz. Tequila
1oz. Galliano
1 oz. Blue Curaçao
Cream

Shake the tequila, Galliano and Curaçao with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Float the cream on top.

Beergarita

1-½ oz. Tequila
½ oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Lemon juice
9 oz. Cold draft beer
Splash of Lime Juice
Salt

Rub rim of beer mug with lemon juice, dip rim in salt. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into the salt-rimmed mug. Fill with cold draft beer and serve.

Bertha

1-¼ oz. Tequila
½ tsp. Red Wine
1-¼ tsp. Sugar
1 tbs. Fresh Lemon or Lime juice

In a chilled highball glass filled with ice. Twist lemon peel over drink and drop in. Garnish with cherry.

Bloody Bull

1 oz. Tequila
½ glass Tomato juice
½ glass Beef Bouillon

Add all ingredients in a highball glass over ice. Stir and add a squeeze of lemon and a slice of lime.

Bloody Maria

1 oz. Tequila
2 oz. Tomato Juice
1 dash Lemon Juice
1 dash Tabasco Sauce
1 dash Celery Salt
1 slice Lime, or Celery stick

Shake all ingredients (except lemon slice) with cracked ice. Strain into an Collins glass over ice cubes. Add the slice of lime or celery stick, and serve.

1/2 oz. Tequila 1/2 oz. Vodka 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao Serve straight up in a shot glass.

2 oz. Tequila 1-1/2 oz. Sour Mix 1 or t tbs. Honey Combine with ice; shake well. Strain and add ice.

Cactus Banger

1-¼ oz Tequila
2 -½ oz Orange juice
½ oz Galliano

Build in Collins glass with ice, float Galliano.

Cactus Bite

2 oz Tequila
2 tsp Triple sec
2 tsp Drambuie
2 oz Lemon juice
1-½ tsp Fine sugar
1 dash Bitters

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Cafe del Prado

1-½ oz. Tequila
2 tsp. Instant cocoa
1 tsp. Instant coffee
Whipped cream
Powdered cinnamon or nutmeg.

Put coffee and cocoa in a mug and fill with boiling water. Add tequila, mix well, and top with whipped cream. Grate a little cinnamon or nutmeg on top.

California Martini

2 oz Tequila
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
½ oz Dry Vermouth
1 Marashino cherry

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, sweet vermouth, and dry vermouth. Stir well.
Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the cherry.

Camper

1-½ oz Tequila
2 oz Orange juice
2 oz Pineapple juice
½ oz Chambord

Pour the tequila, orange juice, and pineapple juice into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well.
Drop the Chambord into the center of the drink.

1-½ oz. White tequila
½ oz. Dry Vermouth
4 oz. Grapefruit juice
½ tsp. Sugar syrup
1 Orange slice

Mix all ingredients, except orange slice, in a shaker or blender with cracked ice. Pour into a double Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with orange slice.

Caramba!

1-½ oz. White Tequila
3 oz. Grapefruit juice
Club soda

Mix all ingredients, except soda, in a shaker or blender with cracked ice. Pour into a tall highball glass. Top with club soda.

Grated coconut

Blend with crushed ice and pour into a tall glass. Garnish with a pineapple spear. If available, serve in a coconut shell.

Coconut Tequila

1-½ oz. Tequila
2 tsp. Sour Mix
2 tsp. Cream of coconut
1 tsp. Maraschino
4 oz. Crushed ice

Combine in a blender at a low speed for fifteen seconds. Strain and serve straight up.

Cocoteq

1 -½ oz. Tequila
½ oz. Grenadine
1 oz. Sour Mix

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Frost the rim of the glass with sugar.

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, lemon juice, sugar, and bitters. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with the tonic water and garnish with the lime wedge.

Duvall Crawl

1 -½ oz Tequila
1 -½ oz Orange juice
1 oz Melon Liqueur
1 tsp. Grenadine

Combine in a blender with ice until smooth slush. Pour into chilled champagne glass. Garnish top with lime slice and cherry.

Durango

1 -½ oz. Tequila
2 tbs. Grapefruit juice
1 tsp. Almond extract
Mint sprigs
Spring water

Combine the tequila, juice, and almond extract with ice. Shake well. Strain into a large tumbler; add ice and fill with spring water. Garnish with mint.

Earthquake

1 -½ oz. Tequila
1 tsp. Grenadine
2 Strawberries
1 - 2 dashes Orange bitters
3 oz. Crushed ice

Combine in a blender at high speed for fifteen seconds. Strain straight up with a lime slice and a strawberry.

El Diablo

1 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Lime Juice
½ oz. Creme De Cassis
½ Cup Ginger Ale

Mix over ice in tall glass. Top with Ginger Ale. Garnish with lime wedge.

El Torito

1 oz. Tequila
½ oz. Dark creme de Cacao

Serve in an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. For an after-dinner variation, serve in a sniffer flass with no ice.

Exorcist

3/4 ounce of lemon or lime juice
1 1/2 ounce of pineapple juice
1 splash grenadine
1 3/4 oz. mescal

Mix in a shaker with 1 scoop crushed ice. Strain into a highball glass and serve over fresh crushed ice.

Mexican Mermaid

Per serving:
1 triangular chunk of fresh pineapple, generously dusted with sparkling colored-sugar crystals.
1 ounce premium tequila, chilled
dry and fruity champagne, chilled
splash of blue Curacao
long twist of lime peel, preferably spiral cut

Attach sugar-coated pineapple chunk to the rim of a champagne flute glass. Add tequila and fill the glass with champagne, adding the blue Caracao and a spiral of lime peel, and serve immediately. Tell guests to drop the pineapple chunk into the drink for an added splash of bubbles.

Mexicola

Scuba Juice tequila

7 lemons, ice 1 cup of sugar, sun tea container (1 gallon jug) ,duct tape, towel, and agroup of people. First, cut seven lemons in half. Squeeze into container. Then pour cup of sugar into container. Pack full of ice. Then pour tequila until ice starts melting. Add ice. Pour more tequila until full, close container, wrap with towel and duct tape to insulate. Finally, shake for thirty minutes, open, and party! Rules: 1.If you don't shake it, you don't drink it. This promotes group participation. 2.No cups. This eliminates SCUBA JUICE hogs. 3.Cannot open until 30 minutes is up. 4.Must shake entire 30 minutes. 5.Repeat until tequila is gone.

1 oz. tequila

Tequila Canyon

1 1/2oz. tequila
1/4 oz. triple sec
3 oz. cranberry juice
1/2 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. orange juice

Pour over ice and stir.

Tequila Daisy

1 1/2 oz. Tequila 2 tsp. Lemon Juice 1/4 oz. Raspberry Syrup dash Grand Marnier Shake well all but Grand Marnier without ice. Pour into cocktail glass containing shaved ice. Stir with a spoon. Float Grand Marnier on top. Dress with fruits and a sprig of mint.

Tequila Float

1 Part Tequila 1 Scoop of Lemon Sherbet Fill glass with sprite Enjoy!

Tequila Mockingbird

1 1/2 oz. tequila
1 oz. white creme de menthe
1 oz. lime juice or juice of half a lime

Shake well with ice and straininto a cocktail glass.

Tequila Paralyzer

1 oz Tequila 1 oz Kahlua Milk or Cream Coke Put the first three ingredients in a tall glass with a few ice cubes, leaving approximately 1 to 1-1/2 inches and top with coke. (Be sure to add the coke last so the milk does not curdle).

Tequila Straight

1 1/2 oz. tequila
pinch of salt
lime wedge

Lick the back of your left hand and sprinkle salt on that spot. Hold shot of tequila in left hand and lime wedge in right hand. Lick salt, drink tequila, suck lime.

Tequila Sunrise

Pour 1 part tequila, 2 parts orange juice over ice. Slowly add cold grenadine. Do not mix. The cold grenadine will sink to the bottom of the glass, creating a cool "sunset" effect. Note: too much grenadine will make the drink too sweet, go easy.

Tequila Sunset

Pour 1 part tequila, 2 parts grapefruit juice over ice. Follow the directions for Tequila Sunrise.

Tequini

A premium tequila will give any vodka or gin competition in this upscale Mexican martini.

Per serving:
1 1/2 ounces premium silver tequila
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
cracked ice
garnish: twist of lime peel or a jalapeno-stuffed olive

Pour tequila and vermouth over ice in a mixing glass. Stir briefly until chilled. Strain ice and pour immediately into chilled 3-ounce martini glass and garnish.

Toreador

1 1/2 oz. tequila
1/2 oz. creme de banana
1 Tbs. cream

Shake well with ice and strain into cocktail glass.
